All artworks are carefully prepared and shipped with care. Depending on the product, orders are fulfilled either directly by us (original artworks) or by our print partner (prints).

Original Artwork (Handmade Pieces)

Original artworks are packaged securely and shipped directly by us using postal services.

Processing time

Please allow 1–3 business days for preparation before dispatch.

Estimated delivery times

Finland: 2–5 business days
Europe: 4–10 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and customs processing.

Prints

Some prints are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner.

Processing time

Prints that are made to order are typically produced within 1–3 business days before being shipped.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, it will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Customs & import fees

International orders may be subject to customs or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at email.iakajo@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
