Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note: our 30-day return policy applies to standard, non-customised items only. The following are exempt from our standard return policy:
- Print-on-demand prints — produced to order and not held in stock
- Custom commissions and original artworks made to your specifications — excluded as personalised goods
These exclusions are consistent with your rights under applicable consumer law, including EU and UK regulations on personalised goods.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason and without justification.
To exercise your right of withdrawal for eligible items, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You may do so by:
- Completing the Model Withdrawal Form available at the bottom of each page of our website, or
- Contacting us directly at email.iakajo@gmail.com
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, please return the goods without undue delay. We will process your refund within 14 days of either (a) receiving the returned item, or (b) you providing evidence that the goods have been returned — whichever is earlier. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Please note: the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. This includes all print-on-demand prints and custom commissions, which are produced specifically upon order. By placing an order for such items, you acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal is excluded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
